Document Details – Audit Trail Tab

The Audit Trail tab of the Document Detail display information about distributed documents.

It allows you to view the history of a document.

This tab includes the following fields:

• the Document ID
• Modify Time – the date and time the document was last modified
• the Action that a user last performed on a document
• the Type of document 
• the Typist - the original Drafter of the document 
• Originator – the person who created the document
• a Description of the document
• Create Time – the date and time that the document was created
• the Current Group assigned to the document
