Create Addressee
        You can create an Addressee which can then be assigned to a document for distribution.
        To create an addressee
        
            - When creating or updating a document, click the Addressee tab.
 
            - Click the Create Addressee button 
. 
            - An Addressee with no name is added to the Addressees table. 
 
            - In the Properties section below, enter the Addressee's properties. When you are done,  click Update.
 
        
        The information in the Addressee table is updated, and the Addressee is assigned to this document.
