The Data Value(s) page allows you to change the value of a specific form data item and requires you to provide a reason for the data value change. The title of the page is based on the form on which the data item appears.
Fields

Field | Description |

Current data value | The current value of the data item appears at the top of the page. |
Audit Trail | List of changes to the form item. Each entry consists of the date and time of the change and the user name of the user who made the change. The list also includes an item called Enter new value, which allows you to change the data item and enter a reason for the change. Select the change from the list to view the change details. |
Change controls | The item and its controls appear on the Data Value(s) page just as they are on the form. Enter the new data item value in these controls to change the value. |
Reset item values icon
| Clears the value of the data item. |
