Viewing the sample case report book

The sample case report book includes a read-only blank copy of each form in the study, organized by visit. The sample forms are for display only; you can use them to familiarize yourself with the layout of the forms and visits in your study.

1. In the navigation toolbar, click Documents.

   The Document window appears in a second browser window that you can resize and move for easy viewing.

2. Click Sample Book.
