Creating a site

1. In the navigation toolbar, click Admin.
2. Click Sites.

   The Sites page appears.

3. Click Add Site.

   The Sites detail page appears.

4. Complete the information on the page using the descriptions in Sites detail page.

   The Site Name, Site Mnemonic, and Study Locale fields are required.

5. Click Submit.
