If all enrollment data is not available when you fill out the Enrollment form, or if you missed any required data items on the form, one of the following occurs:
After you obtain approval from an authorized sponsor representative, you can continue with enrollment. For more information, see Overriding an enrollment failure due to incomplete data.
The Enrollment Failure column displays Enrollment Form Incomplete as the reason for failure. The Enrolled column contains the Enrollment failed icon (), which indicates that the candidate has not been enrolled. For more information, see Providing missing data and completing the enrollment.
