Reissuing a query
If a response to a query does not resolve the issue (the answer is unacceptable), you can reissue the query.
- Navigate to the Queries page for the item.
- Select Reissue as Open or Reissue as Candidate.
- In the Reason for change field, enter the reason for reissuing the query.
- From the Action drop-down list, select the appropriate text.
or
- Select Other, and type the reason in the text box.
- Click Submit.
