Saving an ad hoc report
When you save an ad hoc report, you save the report definition. Each subsequent time you run the report, the data in the report reflects any changes in the Reporting and Analysis database.
- Click Save.
- If you are saving the report for the first time, specify:
- Name—Name of the report.
- Description—Descriptive text about the report.
- Screen tip—Hover text that appears for the report.
- Location—Location in the InForm Ad Hoc Reporting workspace in which to save the report.
- Click OK.
