Saving a filter

  1. Navigate to any view in the Data Viewer.

  2. In the Filters pane, select the filtering criteria, and click Apply.

  3. Click the Save filter icon (Save filter icon. Click to save the filter selections for the current session.).

    A text box appears.

  4. Type a name for the filter, or select a name to overwrite an existing filter, and click Save.

    The filter you save is for personal use only. It is not shared with other users.

    The next time you log in to the InForm application and navigate to the Data Viewer module, the saved filter used in the last session is automatically loaded for the session.
