Selection criteria | Action |

Sites | To report on specific sites, select the names of the sites from the list. |
Subjects | To report on specific subjects, select the subjects from the list. |
Visits | To report on one or more visits, select the visits from the list. |
Forms | To report on specific forms, select one or more forms from the list of form mnemonics. |
Item Questions | To report on items, select one or more item questions from the list. |
Initial Entry or Modification | Select whether to narrow the report by initial data entered, or modified data. |
Rights Groups | To report on rights groups, select one or more rights groups from the list. Then, click Update to update the Users list. |
Usernames | To report on users, select specific user names from the list. |
User Types | Select specific user types from the list. |
Current Value Date/Time range | To specify the date range, enter the From and To dates, or use the calendar icons to select the dates. Default From date: 2000-01-01 Default To date: Current date |
Sort options
None. Automatically sorted by Site Mnemonic, Subject Number, Visit Mnemonic, Visit Index, Form Mnemonic, Form Index, Itemset Index, Item Question, Control RefName, Audit Order.
