Selection criteria: Query Status by User

Use the report prompt page to select criteria and specify sort options for your report.

Selection criteria

Selection criteria	Action
Rights groups	Select one or more rights groups from the list. Then, click Update to update the Users list.
Users	To report on specific users, select them from the drop-down list. Then, click Update to update the Sites list.
Sites	To report on specific sites, select the names of the sites from the list.
Query types	To specify the type of queries to report on, select one of the following: Auto—Automatic queries generated by the InForm application when a rule in the study design detects a discrepancy in the data that is entered. Manual—Manual queries created by InForm users. If you leave all checkboxes blank, the report will include both types of queries.

Note: To include all available options in the report, leave the optional selection fields blank; that is, do not select any individual options from the drop-down lists. For the best performance, do not select any optional filters.

Sort options

Sort options are: None, Rights Group, User Name, Site Mnemonic, Subject Count, Candidate Query Count, Deleted Query Count, Open Query Count, Answered Query Count, Closed Query Count, % Total within Country.

Use the Sort drop-down lists to change any of the default selections.
