Use the report prompt page to select criteria and specify sort options for your report.

Selection criteria | Action |

Rights groups | Select one or more rights groups from the list. Then, click Update to update the Users list. |
Users | To report on specific users, select them from the drop-down list. Then, click Update to update the Sites list. |
Sites | To report on specific sites, select the names of the sites from the list. |
Query types | To specify the type of queries to report on, select one of the following:
If you leave all checkboxes blank, the report will include both types of queries. |
Note: To include all available options in the report, leave the optional selection fields blank; that is, do not select any individual options from the drop-down lists. For the best performance, do not select any optional filters.
Sort options
Sort options are: None, Rights Group, User Name, Site Mnemonic, Subject Count, Candidate Query Count, Deleted Query Count, Open Query Count, Answered Query Count, Closed Query Count, % Total within Country.
Use the Sort drop-down lists to change any of the default selections.
