Selection criteria: Subject Counts with Outstanding Queries

Use the report prompt page to select criteria and specify sort options for your report.

Countries

To report on specific countries, select their names from the list. Then, click Update to update the Sites list.

Sites

If you updated the Sites list after selecting one or more countries and you want to report on specific sites, select the names of the sites from the list.

Query Type

To specify the type of queries to report on, select one of the following:

  • Auto—Automatic queries generated by the InForm application when a rule in the study design detects a discrepancy in the data that is entered.
  • Manual—Manual queries created by InForm users.

If you leave all checkboxes blank, the report will include both types of queries.

Minimum Days Open or Answered

Specify the minimum number of days a query must be opened or answered to be included in this report.

Default: 0 (days)

Note: To include all available options in the report, leave the optional selection fields blank; that is, do not select any individual options from the drop-down lists. For the best performance, do not select any optional filters.

Sort options

Sort options are: None, Country, Site Mnemonic, Subject Count, Subjects w/Open Queries, Subjects w/Answered Queries.

Use the Sort drop-down lists to change any of the default selections.
