Selection criteria: CRF Site Performance Summary by Site

Use the report prompt page to select criteria and specify sort options for your report.

Selection criteria

Selection criteria	Action
Countries	To report on specific countries, select their names from the list. Then, click Update to update the Sites list.
Sites	If you updated the Sites list after selecting one or more countries and you want to report on specific sites, select the names of the sites from the list.
Aging Interval	Enter a time duration (in days) to be used as the aging interval. The resulting report uses the aging interval to show how many forms have been incomplete during specific ranges of calendar days after the date of visit. For example, if you specify 7, the resulting report shows the number of forms that have been incomplete for: 7 or fewer days after the date of visit. More than 7 days and 14 or fewer after the DOV. More than 14 days and 21 or fewer days after the DOV. More than 21 days and 28 or fewer days after the DOV. More than 28 days after the DOV. Default: 7 (days)

To report on specific countries, select their names from the list. Then, click Update to update the Sites list.

Sites

If you updated the Sites list after selecting one or more countries and you want to report on specific sites, select the names of the sites from the list.

Aging Interval

Enter a time duration (in days) to be used as the aging interval. The resulting report uses the aging interval to show how many forms have been incomplete during specific ranges of calendar days after the date of visit.

For example, if you specify 7, the resulting report shows the number of forms that have been incomplete for:

7 or fewer days after the date of visit.
More than 7 days and 14 or fewer after the DOV.
More than 14 days and 21 or fewer days after the DOV.
More than 21 days and 28 or fewer days after the DOV.
More than 28 days after the DOV.
Default: 7 (days)

Note: To include all available options in the report, leave the optional selection fields blank; that is, do not select any individual options from the drop-down lists. For the best performance, do not select any optional filters.

Sort options

Sort options are: None, Country, Site Mnemonic, DOV to Form Started–Min, DOV to Form Started–Max, DOV to Form Started–Median, DOV to Form Completed–Min, DOV to Form Completed–Max, DOV to Form Completed–Median, Form Completed to SDV Completed–Min, Form Completed to SDV Completed–Max, Form Completed to SDV Completed–Median, Form Completed to Form Locked–Min, Form Completed to Form Locked–Max, Form Completed to Form Locked–Median, Incomplete Forms–1st Period, Incomplete Forms–2nd Period, Incomplete Forms–3rd Period, Incomplete Forms–4th Period, Incomplete Forms–5th Period.

Use the Sort drop-down lists to change any of the default selections.
