Filter the report by expected forms. Choose one of these options from the drop-down list.

  • All forms—All clinical forms (forms of type CRF) are considered.
  • Scheduled visits—All expected forms that are in scheduled visits are considered.
  • Scheduled or started visits—All clinical forms that are in either expected or started visits are considered.
  • Scheduled or started visits to date—All the expected forms that are in scheduled visits whose expected start date is earlier than the report run date, and all the expected forms that are present in started visits when the actual date of the visit is on or before the report run date are considered.
  • Scheduled visits or started forms to date—All the expected forms that are in scheduled visits whose expected start date is on or before the report run date, and all the expected forms that were started on or before the report run date are considered.

Limit to forms with

To filter the report, select one or more of the following options:

  • Required items—Forms that have items marked as required are considered.
  • SV required items—Forms that have items marked as source verification required are considered.
  • Outstanding queries—Forms that have open or answered queries against the forms items are considered.
  • Comments—Forms that have either form level or item level comments are considered.

If you leave all checkboxes blank, this prompt is not applied. In that case, the results are determined by your selections in the previous prompts.

If one or more checkboxes are selected, the counts are limited by the selection(s) in this prompt. Most likely, this results in decreased counts. For example, selecting both Required items and SV required items limits the report results to only those forms that have both required items and SV required items.

Note: To include all available options in the report, leave the optional selection fields blank; that is, do not select any individual options from the drop-down lists. For the best performance, do not select any optional filters.

Sort options

Sort options are: None, Country, Site Mnemonic, Subject Number, Visit, Subject Count, Expected Forms Count, % of Not Started Forms, % of Incomplete Forms, % of Completed Forms, % of Frozen Forms, % of SV Partial Forms, % of SV Complete Forms, % of Signed Forms, % of Locked Forms, % of Forms with Comments, % of Forms with Queries.

Use the Sort drop-down lists to change any of the default selections.
