Expected forms for

Select the clinical forms (forms that have a type of CRF) that are expected to appear.

  • All forms—All expected forms are considered.
  • Scheduled visits—Expected forms that appear in scheduled visits are considered.
  • Scheduled or started visits—Expected forms that appear in scheduled or started visits are considered. A started visit is a visit in which at least one non-common expected form is started.
  • Scheduled or started visits to date—Expected forms that appear in visits that are scheduled to start or have been started by the date the report is run are considered.
  • Scheduled visits or started forms to date—Expected forms for which either of the following is true are considered:
    • The forms appear in visits that are scheduled to occur by the date the report is run.
    • The forms have been started by the date the report is run.

Limit to forms with

To filter the report, select one or more of the following options:

  • Required items—Forms that have items marked as required are considered.
  • SV required items—Forms that have items marked as source verification required are considered.
  • Outstanding queries—Forms that have open or answered queries against the forms items are considered.
  • Comments—Forms that have either form level or item level comments are considered.

If you leave all checkboxes blank, this prompt is not applied. In that case, the results are determined by your selections in the previous prompts.

If one or more checkboxes are selected, the counts are limited by the selection(s) in this prompt. Most likely, this results in decreased counts. For example, selecting both Required items and SV required items limits the report results to only those forms that have both required items and SV required items.

Note: To include all available options in the report, leave the optional selection fields blank; that is, do not select any individual options from the drop-down lists. For the best performance, do not select any optional filters.

Sort options

Sort options are: None, Country, Site Mnemonic, Subject Count, Expected Forms Count, % of Not Started Forms, % of Incomplete Forms, % of Completed Forms, % of Frozen Forms, % of SV Complete Forms, % of Signed Forms, % of Locked Forms.

Use the Sort drop-down lists to change any of the default selections.
