About crosstab reports

Crosstab reports show summary information in a two-dimensional grid. Using crosstab reports, you can display large amounts of tabular data.

A crosstab report must contain at least three reporting elements.

• A non-aggregate report element that provides distinct categories of values that become row labels.
• A non-aggregate report element that provides distinct categories of values that become column labels.
• A measure (aggregate) report element that provides numeric values upon which to produce summaries.
