Enabling comments in a saved report

1. For a saved report in HTML, PDF or XML output, click Set Properties ().
2. Do one of the following:
   • For an ad hoc report, select the Query tab.
   • For a standard report, select the Report tab.
3. Click Advanced options.
4. Select Enable comments in saved output versions.
