Use the following Change Layout menu selections to change the look and feel of an ad hoc report.

| Present information graphically using one of several 2D and 3D formats. |
| Apply font styles depending on the data values in a column. |
| Specify font types and sizes for a report. |
| Specify the line weight and color for report borders. |
Reset Font and Border Styles | Reset the report output to the default format. |
Apply Template | Apply formatting that you create using Report Studio. |
Edit Title area | Include meaningful report titles and optional subtitles. |
Set Web Page Size | Specify the maximum number of rows of data that appear on any page of an ad hoc report. |
Set Page Breaks | Specify page breaks on groups or report sections. |
| Organize a report so that identical values in a column appear together and suppress the display of duplicate values.

| Convert a list report to a crosstab report. |
| Revert to showing all values in a column including duplicates. |
| Organize a report into a distinct section for each unique value within a column. |
| Interchange rows and columns in a crosstab, a chart based on a crosstab, or both. |
| Temporarily reduce progressive levels of detail to high-level summaries. |
| Restore temporary collapsed levels from a Collapse Group action to the full detail levels. |
