Country | Data type: String Description: The country in which a site is located, as entered in the InForm Administration interface. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database. |
Site Mnemonic | Data type: String Description: An abbreviation that identifies a site, as entered in the InForm Administration interface. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database. |
Enrolled | Data type: Numeric Description: The number of subjects that were enrolled at the site in the InForm application during the specified date range. UUID: PF_SC_COMPLETECTL Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database. |
Dropout Reason | Data type: String Description: Text that indicates why the subject dropped out of the study. The dropout reason is clinical data that is specified on the Study Completion form for the subject. Note: This report displays only those reasons that were specified when a subject dropped out of the study. If a dropout reason was never used, the reason does not appear in this report. UUIDs: PF_SC_COMPLETECTL, PF_SC_REASONCTL_internal_reason_value Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database. |
Total Dropouts | Data type: Numeric Description: The total number of subjects that dropped out of the study, by site. This total is a sum of all dropout counts in the row plus the count of subjects who dropped out but for whom the reason was not specified. UUID: PF_SC_COMPLETECTL Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database. |
