Recovery:

Login to the SO GUI and navigate to the HA page (Main Menu > Status & Manage > HA).
Click the Edit button and change the Max Allowed HA role of the current Standby SOAM to Active.
If you cannot perform the HA switchover, login to the server (Main Menu > Status & Manage > Server).
Click on the Active server and press the Restart button to restart the server.
HA switchover occurs.
Verify the switchover was successful from the Active SOAM GUI, or login to the Active and Standby SOAMs and execute the following command:
