Description: SCCP was unable to route or process a UDT or XUDT message during SCCP processing due to transient conditions such as RSP/destination failures and remote or local subsystem failures.

Recovery:

Typically these routing failures occur due to transient conditions such as RSP/Destination and Subsystem failures. Destination status can be monitored from the SOAM GUI SS7/Sigtran > Maintenance > Remote Signaling Points and RMU/Subsystem status can be monitored from SS7/Sigtran > Maintenance > Remote MTP3 Users.
Monitor status on the GUI main menu as follows:
- Destination status from SS7/Sigtran > Maintenance > Remote Signaling Points.
- RMU/subsystem status from SS7/Sigtran > Configuration > Remote MTP3 Users.
- Local subsystem status from SS7/Sigtran > Maintenance > Local SCCP Users.
Verify that IP network connectivity exists between the MP server and the adjacent servers.
Check the event history logs for additional SS7 events or alarms from this MP server.
Verify that the adjacent server is not under maintenance.
