Recovery:

This event indicates that an SCCP service message (UDTS or XUDTS) was received from the network, meaning that the TCAP message could not be delivered to the remote TCAP peer. The event additional information field contains the first 80 octets of the SS7 message starting with the MTP3 routing label. This data can be used to determine the routing instructions for the message.
Verify that the routing is configured correctly for the destination. if the routing configuration is correct, determine why the remote TCAP peer is not available.
