Recovery:

This value provides a measure of number of reassembly procedure failures encountered due to “out of order arrival of remaining segments in a reassembly procedure” reason, during the reporting interval.
Non-zero value for this measurement tag represents sequencing issues in packet arrival from network or any other routing error or delays in network or on server. Check for any related additional Events or Alarms from the server.
