Status Verification

Use this task to verify RBAR status after configuration is complete.

  1. Verify Communication Agent (ComAgent) Connection status.
    1. From the active SOAM, select Communication Agent > Maintenance > Connection Status
    2. Verify that the Automatic Connections Count field displays X of X in service where X is the number of peer server connections.
  2. Verify Server status.
    1. From the active SOAM, select Status & Manage > Server
    2. Verify that for each Server, the Appl State field is Enabled, and the DB, Reporting Status, and Proc fields are Norm.
