Use this task to reset the subsystem and point code status.
- Select SS7/Sigtran > Maintenance > Remote MTP3 Users.
The SS7/Sigtran > Maintenance > Remote MTP3 Users page appears.
- Check the Pause updates box to stop the 15 second auto refresh for the page (lower right corner).
It is unchecked by default.
- Click Reset in the row of the appropriate route.
A confirmation message appears.
- Click OK to confirm.
The SSN status is reset to Allowed. The point code status is reset to Available.
