Use Suggest Questions

After completing this topic, you will be able to use Suggest Questions to add questions to an assessment.

Steps:

1. See if Suggest Questions has any recommendations for the Opening a Document topic.

    

   Click the Opening a Document topic.

   Step 1

2. Click the Suggest Questions button.

   Step 2

3. The suggestions include the topic itself (Know It? question) and two questions, Opening and Closing a Document and WordPad Documents.

    

   Both questions are suggested because they are associated with the Opening a Document topic but are not included in the selected assessment.

   Step 3

4. Add the Opening and Closing a Document question to the assessment.

    

   Click the Opening and Closing a Document checkbox.

   Step 4

5. Click the OK button.

   Step 5

6. The question is added to the assessment and the Question count of the assessment increases by 1.

   Step 6

7. The Using Print Preview topic has no question coverage. We have opened Suggest Questions to see if there are any suggestions.

    

   The Print Preview 2 question is associated with the topic, so we have selected it to add the question.

   Step 7

8. The Print Preview 2 question is now associated with the topic and included in the assessment.

   Step 8

After completing this topic, you are able to use Suggest Questions to add questions to an assessment.
