After completing this topic, you will be able to use the Overlay Editor ribbon.
Steps:
View the tools on the Overlay Editor ribbon.
Click the Overlay Editor tab.
Step 1You can hide the action areas and bubbles in the slides.
Click the Show/Hide Bubble button.
Step 2The action areas and bubbles are hidden for all frames.
Step 3The first frame contains overlay objects that mask the View tab and the Worldwide Sporting Goods address.
You want to copy the overlay objects to all of the other frames to mask the same areas.
Step 4We have selected the blank rectangle for you.
Step 5Add the Home ribbon to the selection.
Press the [Ctrl] key and click the Home ribbon overlay.
Step 6Copy both overlay objects to all frames.
Click the Copy To All Frames button.
Step 7View the next slide.
Click the Slide 3 thumbnail.
Step 8The two overlays were also copied to the blank frame. You can delete overlay objects if they are copied to frames where they should not appear.
Step 9We have selected the two overlay objects for you. Delete the objects from the frame.
Press [Delete].
Step 10View the next slide.
Click the Slide 4 thumbnail.
Step 11The Home tab image masks the View tab and the blank rectangle masks the Worldwide Sporting Goods address.
