Print Library Views


After completing this topic, you will be able to print Library folder details and views.


Steps:

  1. Before printing, you should customize the view or select the sample or custom view you want to print. In this example, we will print the Checked out to me sample view.

  2. Open the Preview window.

     

    Click the File menu.

  3. Click the Print command.

  4. Use Page Setup to change the page orientation to fit all of the columns in the view on one page.

  5. Click the Page Setup command.

  6. Change the orientation.

     

    Click the Landscape option.

  7. Click the OK button to save the changes.

  8. Save the preview to an HTML file output.

     

    Click the File menu.

  9. Point to the Save Document command.

  10. Save the report in an HTML format.

     

    Click the HTML File list item.

  11. Click the Save button to save the report with the default file name to the default save location.

  12. Click the Close Preview button to exit Preview.

  13. We have opened the folder where you saved the HTML file. Open the report.

     

    Double-click the Checked out to me.html file.
