Steps:
The default remediation setting of Incorrect, only shows remediation when the user selects the incorrect answer.
Step 1Change the remediation for the question.
Click in the Remediation field.
Step 2Click the List button.
Step 3Change the remediation to User Asks.
Click the User Asks list item.
Step 4Notice that only the Show Answer link appears. Display the answer.
Click the Show Answer link.
Step 5The remediation text appears.
Step 6Change the remediation for the question.
Click in the Remediation field.
Step 7Click the List button.
Step 8Click the Results Only list item.
Step 9Take the question again.
Click the Take question again button.
Step 10Select an incorrect response.
Click the outline option.
Step 11Click the OK button.
Step 12Only the "Incorrect" prompt appears. The correct answer and the remediation text are both suppressed.
Step 13Change the remediation for the question.
Click in the Remediation field.
Step 14Click the List button.
Step 15Click the Always list item.
Step 16All the remediation information appears for an incorrect answer. Take the question again and answer correctly.
Click the Take question again button.
Step 17Click the All of the above option.
Step 18Click the OK button.
Step 19With Always remediation, the remediation text appears for correct answers also.
Step 20Click the Edit button to return to edit mode.
Step 21Save the question.
Click the Save button.
