Publish a Document with Questions and Assessments


After completing this topic, you will be able to publish a Document deployment with questions and assessments.


Steps:

  1. Publish a Training Guide and Instructor Manual.

     

    Click the Publish button.

    Step 1

  2. Publish to the default publishing destination.

     

    Click the Next > button.

    Step 2

  3. Publish the selection only.

     

    Click the Next > button.

    Step 3

  4. Publish local content.

     

    Click the Next > button.

    Step 4

  5. Publish a Training Guide with the defaults.

     

    Click the Training Guide option.

    Step 5

  6. The Training Guide will include both questions and assessments.

    Step 6

  7. Also include an Instructor Manual.

     

    Click the Instructor Manual option.

    Step 7

  8. The Instructor Manual will include both questions and assessments.

  9. Click the Publish button.

    Step 9

  10. Click the link below the iYour content was published to the following location to open the folder the content was published to.

    Step 10

  11. View the Training Guide.

     

    Double-click the Training Guide folder.

    Step 11

  12. Double-click the WordPad Training_TRAIN.docx document.

    Step 12

  13. Scroll down the document to the WordPad Documents question.

     

    Press [Page Down].

  14. The WordPad Documents multiple-choice question appears below the Opening a Document topic.

  15. The Print Preview question appears below the Using Print Preview topic.

  16. The assessment questions appear at the end of the module.

  17. Notice the multiple-choice many answers question.
