Create a Curriculum Knowledge Path


After completing this topic, you will be able to create a curriculum knowledge path.


Steps:

  1. Launch Manager.

     

    Click the Manager link.

  2. View the knowledge paths.

     

    Click the Knowledge Paths link.

    Step 2

  3. Create a new path.

     

    Click the Create path button.

    Step 3

  4. Enter the desired information into the Name field. Enter "Excel - Worksheet Basics".

    Step 4

  5. Click the Path Categories list.

    Step 5

  6. Click the MSOffice category.

    Step 6

  7. Allow the user to self enroll.

     

    Click the User can Self Enroll option.

    Step 7

  8. Save the path properties.

     

    Click the Save button.

    Step 8

  9. Add activities to the path.

     

    Click the Activities link.

    Step 9

  10. Click the Edit icon for the activity.

    Step 10

  11. Click the Browse button next to the Title Properties field.

  12. Select the content object you want to add to the activity.

     

    Click the Basic Excel Skills content object.

  13. Click the Select button.

  14. Depending on the size and resolution of your monitor, you may need to scroll the Activities page to view the Assessment sections at the bottom.

  15. Note: To save time we have scrolled to the Assessment section for you.

     

    Click the Assessment list in the Pre-assessment section.

  16. Select the desired assessment.

     

    Click the Basic Excel Skills Pre-Assessment list item.

  17. Click the Assessment list in the Post-Assessment section.

    Step 17

  18. Select the desired assessment.

     

    Click the Basic Excel Skills Post Assessment item.

  19. Click the scrollbar to view the bottom of the page.

  20. Click the Save button.

  21. Click the Back to Activities button.
