Publish a Presentation


After completing this topic, you will be able to publish content for a PowerPoint presentation.


Steps:

  1. Notice the instructor note for the Using Print Preview topic.

  2. Close the Properties toolpane.

     

    Click the Close button.

  3. The Concept pane above shows the topic concept links to a graphic file. The Introduction pane below shows a glossary link in the introduction text.

    If you run the slide show in the browser window, clicking the mouse advances to the next slide. You can also advance and reverse navigation through the slide show using the Page Down and Page Up keys or by right-clicking in the slide and using the commands on the context menu.

  35. The PowerPoint context menu provides navigation commands, including the ability to jump to other slides; the option to view speaker notes from the Screen menu; the ability to change pointer options such as type of pointer and ink color; and the option to end the show.

     

    Note: You can also jump to a specific slide by typing the slide number and pressing Enter.

  36. When you move the mouse pointer in the PowerPoint slide show, the Slide Show toolbar appears in the bottom, left corner of the screen.

     

    Use the arrow icons to move forward and backwards through the slide show, the Pointer icon to change pointer options, and the Menu icon to show the slide show menu.
