You can review your own feedback comments and the responses from feedback monitors on the Review Feedback page. Users designated as feedback monitors can view the comments and responses for all subjects assigned to them for feedback monitoring. The Subject column provides links that allow you to see the comments for a specific subject, and the Date of Last Activity column displays the most recent date on which a comment was posted for that subject. The Show Open Items only link at the top of the page allows you to filter the list to view only the unread comments.

 

ProcedureTo view feedback and make a comment:

  1. Click a link in the Subject column to view the feedback for that subject.
     
  2. In the Comments area at the bottom, enter a comment.
     
  3. Feedback monitors can click the View Report link in the top pane to view a report of all the comments for all subjects assigned to them.
     
    After generating a report, you can permanently delete a conversation (comment and response) from the server by clicking the Delete Conversation link next to the conversation you want to delete.
