You must delete all paths other than the primary path before you can delete the Decision frame itself. If you attempt to delete the Decision frame without deleting the attached paths, you receive an error message explaining that the frame contains alternatives and cannot be deleted.

To delete a Decision frame:

1. Open the Topic Editor and navigate to a Decision Frame.
    
2. On the Delete menu, choose  Decision Frame.
    
3. Click Yes.
