You can re-import any title at any time. If the title was imported from the Developer, re-importing it updates it with any changes. If the title was imported from another tool, re-importing it creates a new title; it does not update the existing one. The Update Date Time column displays the date on which the title was imported. After you have re-imported the title, you can then easily delete the old title. Be aware that all tracking data for the old title is also deleted.
Note: The SCORM specifications specify that object IDs must be unique within a single package. It is likely that two packages could contain duplicate IDs for two different learning objects. It is for this reason that re-importing a title from another tool creates a new title rather than risking the possibility that content would be overwritten.
