Create a New Action Area

After completing this topic, you will be able to create a new action area.

Steps:

1. Create a new action area using the Frame Properties toolpane.

    

   Click the Modify action areas button.

   Step 1

2. Click the Create New Action Area command.

   Step 2

3. A new action area is added to the window.

    

   To save time, we will size and move the action area for you.

   Step 3

4. The bubble can be repositioned near the action areas.

   Step 4

5. Save the changes to the topic.

    

   Click the Save button.

   Step 5

6. We have opened the preview for Try It! mode and advanced to the sixth frame for you.

    

   Notice that there are two action areas in the Open dialog box. Clicking either action area satisfies the step.

   Step 6
