You can enable the use of SmartHelp using these options.
SmartHelp enabled: This option is enables the use of SmartHelp. SmartHelp is enabled by default so uncheck this option if you do not want to use this feature.
SmartHelp Installation URL: This option contains the path to the SmartHelp files. If a user does not have SmartHelp installed, they are prompted to install the files from this location.
