After completing this topic, you will be able to customize the Presentation publishing style.
Steps:
The WSG folder is a custom publishing category that contains copies of some of the publishing styles.
Step 1The Presentation style is checked out so that you can customize it. It has been renamed to Presentation_WSG. Open the style.
Double-click the Presentation_WSG list item.
Step 2Navigate to the Presentation template.
Double-click the lang list item.
Step 3Open the appropriate language folder.
Double-click the en list item.
Step 4Open the package file directly from the Package Editor.
Double-click the PresentationTemplate.pptx list item.
Step 5The template opens in PowerPoint showing the title slide. Change the zoom to fit the slide to the window.
Click the Fit slide to current window button.
Step 6Change the properties for this placeholder.
Click in the text to view the placeholder borders.
Step 7A dashed border shows the placeholder dimensions.
Click a border to select the placeholder.
Step 8The solid line indicates that the placeholder is selected.
Step 9Change the text in the placeholder to Lucida Sans with a Bold font style and a point size of 32.
On the Home tab, Font group, click the Font list.
Step 10Scroll the font list.
Click the Vertical scrollbar scrollbar.
Step 11Click Lucida Sans.
Step 12Change the font size to 32.
Click the Font Size list.
Step 13Click 32.
Step 14Bold the placeholder text.
Click the Bold button.
Step 15The second slide controls the layout for all of the topic steps.
Click the second slide.
Step 16Change the size of the screenshot placeholder. You can either enter a specific size in the Size and Position dialog box or you can drag the resize handles on the placeholder to manually resize it.
In this example, you will enter a specific size for the screenshot in the Size and Position dialog box.
Step 17View the shortcut menu for the picture placeholder.
Right-click the picture object.
Step 18Open the Size and Position dialog box.
Click the Size and Position command.
Step 19Triple-click in the Width field.
Step 20Enter the desired information into the Width field. Enter "6.5".
Step 21Click the Close button.
Step 22The picture placeholder for the screenshot is now much larger. However, the picture is overlapping the step number and frame text placeholders.
Step 23You can rearrange the objects on the slide. We have moved and resized the step number and frame text placeholders and centered the screenshot placeholder.
Step 24Select another design template.
Click the Design tab.
Step 25Scroll the slide designs.
Click the More button to view all of the designs.

Step 27Change the background color of the slides.
Click the Background Dialog Box Launcher.

Step 39Open the slide master and replace the logo.
