In order to preview a web page in a print style, the Developer publishes a temporary outline with a topic frame and concept using the Preview Topic document in the System/Publishing folder. When you preview a web page using this outline, the resulting document (Instructor Manual, Training Guide or System Process Document) contains the web page displayed as a topic concept.
Note: If the Preview Topic document is missing from the Library, an error message displays and the web page does not preview.
