You want the same list type for for Levels 3, 4 and 5.
Since Level 3 is already formatted for a None setting, you can use the Inherit setting for Level 4.
When you apply an Inherit setting, the subordinate level always inherits the list type from the parent level. If you change the parent level bullet, the change affects the subordinate level as well.
