Run a Report with a Username Filter

After completing this topic, you will be able to filter a report by user name(s).

Steps:

1. Run the User Report.

    

   Click the Sample - User Report link.

   Step 1

2. Type the username into the User names list box.

    

   Click in the User names field.

   Step 2

3. Enter the desired information into the User names field. Enter "swong".

   Step 3

4. Run the report for the user.

    

   Click the Run button.

   Step 4

5. Notice the user's name at the top of the report.

   Step 5

After completing this topic, you are able to filter a report by user name(s).
