When OVN virtual HBA ports are added to a Solaris host, FSPM on the host may not automatically add those ports to the Oracle FS host entry definition for the host. This is because the OVN driver does not raise an event to tell FSPM that something has changed. Restart the FSPM service on the host to force it to discover the new ports.
