The OVN driver sometimes sends an invalid command to LUN 0, which puts that LUN into an ‘ACA Active’ state; when this occurs the host messages file might contain messages saying ‘Unexpected SCSI status received: 0x30’. This prevents the host from being able to communicate successfully with the LUN, which can make any data on the LUN inaccessible and prevent FSPM on the host being able to discover and communicate with the Pilot on the Oracle FS System.
