[24673248] OS Devices Persist After LUNs Are Unmapped From the Host

After LUNs connected over OVN are unmapped from the host at the Oracle FS System, commands such as mpathadm list lu may continue to show the LUNs as online with available working paths.

The correct status will be reported after the host is rebooted.
