Windows Server with Hyper-V enabled can take an exceptionally long time to report iSCSI path failures to FSPM, resulting in long delays before FSPM moves I/O to an alternate path.
For example, I/O may pause for five minutes or more before it is transferred from one
Controller to its alternate
Controller. This issue can occur on the Hyper‑V host or on operating system instances running in guest partitions.
There is no known solution for this issue.
