[23265646] Arbitrary characters displayed in ‘Alias’ field for OVN ports

The values displayed for OVN port aliases in the Oracle FS System user interfaces sometimes consist of meaningless sequences of characters. This is because the OVN driver returns garbage data to FSPM in the PortSymbolicName field of the FC-HBA API.
