[24734246] Paths Lost After HBA Reset in The Oracle Fabric Interconnect

If a Fibre Channel (FC) HBA in the Oracle Fabric Interconnect is reset, LUN paths from a host over OVN which are routing through that HBA may not recover automatically. The LUNs may become inaccessible.
