Several messages like ‘HBA_GetAdapterName(13) failed, status HBA_STATUS_ERROR_UNAVAILABLE’ may be logged after Fibre Channel (FC) HBAs have been hot-plugged in the system. This problem is fixed in Oracle Solaris 11.3 SRU 13.4 (Solaris 11.3.13.4.0).
