Preface

The Empirica Signal application provides the ability to generate reports on topic content using Oracle® Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). This guide provides system requirements and configuration instructions to integrate OBIEE with the Empirica Signal application.

The preface includes the following sections:

Audience

This document is intended for database administrators, Empirica Signal administrators, and IT administrators.

This guide assumes that you have an understanding of operating system and database concepts, and have experience using the supporting software as described in the Installation requirements chapter. This guide assumes you have both the Empirica Signal software and OBIEE already installed.
