You can create charts of statistics collected from the Controller ports in your Oracle FS System to show trends in the data.
Statistics collected from Controller ports that can be used to produce trending charts include:- The total amounts and rates of data read and written through a specified Controller port
- Statistics specific to the Fibre Channel (FC) or iSCSI protocol
The statistics that can be displayed include IOPS and bytes read and written:
- Read IOPS
- Indicates the number of read I/O operations per second.
- Write IOPS
- Indicates the number of write I/O operations per second.
- Total IOPS
- Indicates the total number of read and write IOPS.
- Read bytes per second
- Indicates the rate at which the system has transferred bytes from a drive during read operations.
- Write bytes per second
- Indicates the rate at which the system has transferred bytes to a drive during write operations.
- Total bytes per second
- Displays the total number of bytes for read and write operations.
